Hey Y'all, I'm Lexie Thiery.
I am from a small town in Indiana where I grew up surrounded by corn fields and country air. Fitness has not always been a passion of mine, but it became one when my (now) husband came into my life and helped me dig my way out of the depths of two consuming eating disorders in 2014. God lead me to find my worth in Him again where I grew to love health and fitness and more importantly, changing the lives of others through the knowledge I've gained.
I fell in love with weight lifting in 2015 and eventually found a deeper love for nutrition when I was introduced to Flexible Dieting and Reverse Dieting.
What are those you ask?
In the depths of my eating disorders I weighed 150 lbs and was miserable. Once I was introduced to what macronutrient counting was, I flourished. I ended up losing 40 lbs and was in amazing shape the day of my wedding by raising my metabolism utilizing reverse dieting and going from eating 1200 calories per day to over 3000 calories per day!
From there, I knew God wanted me to pursue this passion and help others. Watching what reverse dieting did for my life to help me TRULY find food freedom, I knew God called me to help others find that freedom as well.
I received my ACE personal trainer certification in June of 2017 with a dream to move my business online. It is my God given passion to help others love themselves again like I did. I would love for that next person to be you.
